Maison du XVIIème siècle, la maison Altxua (Aulnaie en basque) a été rénovée en 2006 et propose un appartement indépendant à l'étage avec sa terrasse privative (avec barbecue). Il se trouve à quelques pas du village d'Ascain et de tous commerces (800 m), à 10 mn de la mer et de ses plages, des golfs et est le point de départ de nombreux sentiers de randonnées dont celui menant à la Rhune.
