Beautiful renovated 1-bedroom apartment of 35 m2, 2* rated, on the ground floor of a residence + private outdoor parking located in the heart of Minimes, 100 m from the beach and local shops (bakery, grocery store 7 days a week until midnight, restaurants, bars, tobacconist, ice cream...) Its geographical location is ideal to fully enjoy its surroundings and get to the old port by the electric sea bus located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment as well as its nearby bus stop.

A sandy beach extends along the shoreline, with calm waters reflecting the clear sky. Sparse vegetation, including pine trees, provides a natural border. People are seen leisurely walking and enjoying the sun, contributing to the serene ambiance of the coastal setting.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of La Rochelle, close to the town hall and the central market, on one of the shopping streets that is lively during the day, but quiet in the evening and at night. It is an ideal base for visiting the city or for business reasons, a 10-minute walk to the train station if you come by train. The apartment is a 42 m2 two-room, just renovated, on the second floor of an old building. We follow Covid cleaning guidelines.

This 60 m2 apartment has just been completely refurbished. Tastefully decorated, it combines the charm of old stonework while offering very high quality services. The spacious bedroom overlooks a pretty, relaxing interior courtyard. Everything is planned for a quality stay.
