Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. ROSTAGNI 1834 is a residence in the Langhe region that has been renovated with care and passion by Valentina and Davide. The flat has independent access, garden, private dining and relaxation area. Only the pool area is shared with another flat. In the middle of the Barolo vineyards and a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, families, small groups. The second floor apartment has a magnificent view over the Alps and Monviso, Monforte and the Langhe area in particular. We offer an entire apartment in Barolo, in our family house. The house is very close to the centre of the village, in quiet and panoramic position. The apartment includes a kitchen opening on a spacious living-room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (the two beds can be transformed into a double bed) and one bathroom. The price does not include the city tax which is 1,50 € per day per person, due at the arrival.
