Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Guest house

Welcome to our newly-renovated farmhouse, with terrace and access to the family pool that is open and heated to at least 26 degrees May-September. The house is located in a quiet village out in the countryside, surrounded by fields, meadows, forest and lake. The house is located 35 meters from the family's residential building. Large lawns with space for games and play. The proximity to nature makes this a perfect place for those who like the silence and to stay in the forest and countryside, with excursions such as bird watching and berry and mushroom picking.

Talludden village Årydssjön- Högstorp

Here, you can really relax and get away from the stress of the city. A home in a lovely red cottage right on Lake Årydssjön with forest and nature behind the house. Quiet and peaceful with few neighbors. Renovated in 2016 with Danish style with natural colors. Fishing boat (April 1 - October 31) and fishing license included, sauna and Jacuzzi indoors. Jetty/patio with swimming ladder where you can also enjoy a lovely lunch. Sit and grill at the wonderful campfire right on the lake with your closest friends and family on a summer evening. Welcome!

Hökhult West Farm 2

When privacy with peace and quiet and proximity to nature are more important than a high standard of the accommodation itself, this is an excellent choice. Most things are there, and the house really has its charm, even if it's a bit worn in places. Five guests can stay comfortably in the main building. There is the possibility for more people to sleep, for example, if a couple wants to share a 120 bed, or you can sleep on extra beds or on a sofa bed. In spring, summer and fall, there is a guest house where an additional 3-5 people can sleep.

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.
