The apartment is located on the edge of a small village in an absolutely quiet location surrounded by lush green meadows and forests. The stylish, modern furnished apartment is a relaxing oasis for you and your family. While you can sit back in this traffic-free environment, your children can play freely around the house. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.
