Our newly renovated apartment is located on the sunny side of Uttendorf (980 m above sea level), with magnificent views of the beautiful Stubach Valley! The apartment is about 90 square meters and is barrier-free. You can relax on the large terrace or in the sauna. The apartment offers a spacious living-dining kitchen with TV, 2 bathrooms with hairdryer (1 with toilet), 1 extra toilet. 3 bedrooms with double beds (2 of them with TV). In addition, a sofa bed would be available so that 6-8 people can be accommodated.

Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. This quiet apartment with its modern kitchen, a cosy living room and its beautiful view is perfect to spend a relaxing holiday.

In this nice house with plenty of space, you will completely relax. The area is quiet, but you are within a few minutes in lively villages. There is a large kitchen with 5 bedrooms. The Lengalmhütte 2 for 2 to 4 people with its own sauna is located in Lengdorf (Niedernsill), a few minutes from Kaprun. Lengalmhütte 2 features a sauna (outside), a terrace, a fireplace, a seating area with a sofa and a rocking chair, a flat-screen TV with Netflix & Amazon Video, Wi-Fi and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, stovetop, kettle and coffee maker.
