The home is centrally located, but in a quiet and peaceful residential area on Raufoss – perfect for families, business travelers and weekend trips. In the surrounding area, you will find excellent hiking opportunities in both summer and winter. It is also only about a 15-minute drive to Gjøvik.

The old summer barn of Hovelsrud Gård is idyllically located between Mjøsa and a rolling grain field – a simple and unique place for those who want to get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of Helgøya. The house is best suited for a couple or a small family with up to two children. Inside there is a bedroom and an open living room. Outside there is a kitchen counter, with a gas burner and barbecue, a small beach with swimming opportunities and an outdoor toilet. There is no electricity.
