Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

We’re based at the ‘end of the world’, at the foot of the imposing Bischofsmütze, and rent out our newly built flat on the top floor. The view takes in the forests and the Gosaukamm. Walkers and mountaineers benefit from the location; you can set off straight from the front door into the Gosaukamm area and up to the alpine pastures. Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer.
