Newly renovated and unique accommodation surrounded by nature on the outskirts of Donaurieden. Close to the swimming lakes, the Danube and the forest. For you, a special pearl of high-quality materials and noble elements has been created here. Easy to feel good, arrive and relax. Erbach town, with shopping and train station, is 5 minutes drive away. Ulm, Blaubeuren, Ehingen and Laupheim are in +-20 minutes. I look forward to seeing you soon!

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet. In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate. In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).
