Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, fridge and running water in summer. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, large garden (for play and relaxation) with both campfire and table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5-minute drive to the store and 10 minutes to the mall.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. Perfectly located with approx. 5 minutes walk to both Trondheim Torg, Øya/Nidelven, and to the lake. Inside, it is uniquely designed with a curved wall and oval window in the living room. 66 sqm, spacious with high ceilings and 17 sqm bedroom. Good size bathroom. Decorated with a mix of classic retro furniture and modern furniture. The living room has a nice view of Steinåsen. Excellent access to public transport, with a short bus ride to, for example, Bymarka or Solsiden.

Welcome to our charming cottage at the gateway to Bymarka! Here you can enjoy the silence, drink your morning coffee with a wide view and let the days be filled with walks, fresh air and a peace that only nature can provide. When the evening comes, you can crawl up in front of the fireplace, hear the wood crackle and feel your shoulders sink. The cabin is simple and cozy, with nostalgic interiors and soul from a bygone era. A place for those who want to relax, live slowly and take in all the beauty.

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

In winter, there are ski slopes just outside the door. In summer, it is only a short walk to the countryside.
