In a medieval house in the old town of Völkermarkt, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with views over the rooftops, the main square and into the green courtyard. The old walls and the beautiful wooden components have been lovingly restored. In order to preserve the historical character, we used natural building materials. The vaulted ceilings and the romantic wooden stairs are special. The low doors as well as the uneven walls and floors give the apartment its special charm.

Just a short walk from the city center (5-10 minutes), this apartment is perfect for exploring Klagenfurt while enjoying a bright and peaceful space. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

We like to have it nice and enjoy our home. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home ourselves. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. We look forward to seeing you from all over the world to be able to exchange a little with you.

Our cozy, separate guesthouse offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. It has a bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and an open living and kitchen area. Outside there is a parking space for two cars, including carport. Ideal for quiet rest with all amenities! An additional fee of €2.70 will be charged for the municipality during a stay.
