Booking a treehouse green is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fire pit and animal enclosures. Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture prize as well as a wooden construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

The living space features two single beds with light bedding and a central glass coffee table placed on a textured area rug. Natural light enters through two windows, complemented by sheer and dark curtains. Decorative pillows add comfort and style to the room.

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

A well-lit bedroom features a spacious bed with neatly arranged pillows and fresh towels on top. Plants are placed around the room, enhancing the natural feel. Large windows allow natural light to illuminate the elegant wooden flooring and decorative elements.

Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
