It is a traditional house located on the edge of the village overlooking the highest peaks of the peninsula, Mulhacén 3482 and Veleta. Be careful with your mobility because there are many slopes in the village and stairs in the house. During summer on the "terrace" there may be flies and smells of cattle because there is a goat pen nearby. You can park or use the small parking lot of Las Espeñuelas for loading and unloading, which is 15 meters from the house, but first make sure you can drive.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

The mountains of the Valley invade the house turning its location into a unique place in the area. Valle de Lecrín is an enclave surrounded by mountains and nature. Located about 25 minutes from Granada and about 20 minutes from the tropical coast of Granada makes it an ideal place to be able to enjoy the city, the coast, a rural setting and nature in the same trip.
