Relax in this quiet and stylish space. House T1 bis 1 km from the market town of Theil de Brittany. Small cozy nest completely refurbished that can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to the Rennes-Angers axis, 25 minutes from the Rennes exhibition center, 5 minutes from the Roche aux Fées site and 30 minutes from Vitré and Chateaubriant. This Country Bibou awaits you:) The entrance is in Autonomy.. Slow charging socket for electric vehicles, €10 supplement on site.

This house brings together the different indoor and outdoor spaces to have a very nice stay and is located in front of a wooded park, equipped with a petanque court, table tennis and a playground. It is located in the city center and offers all amenities such as shops, restaurants, banks, train station... Parking is available in the inner courtyard, in the garage (2 cars) or in the parking lot across from the house (35 spaces).

I offer you this cozy and tastefully decorated apartment in the Breton countryside south of Rennes. It has an individual entrance, a fitted and perfectly equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a large bedroom with 140 bed and a click-clack. An outdoor space is offered in spring with barbecue, garden table, sunbeds overlooking the horses when they are in the pasture.
