Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, Allier beaches (supervised in Prades), white water sports, fishing, Seuges gorges, Saint Jacques path, Margeride plateau, Puy-en-Velay town. Our family house (170 m²) is very well equipped on 3 levels, 1 ground floor kitchen, Living room 35m² + Laundry, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 floors with 6 bedrooms: 4 with a double bed, 1 to 2 single beds convertible into double beds, a bedroom with 1 double bed + 3 single beds: dormitory for children. 1 travel cot and 1 high chair. With garden and illuminated outdoor terrace and 2 steps walk from shops, mountains and forests.

Close to Peaugres and the gourmet village of St Bonnet le Froid.

Countryside house 15 min St Etienne, 50 min Lyon, 45 min from Le Puy en Velay,site du Corbusier. Located 200 meters from the Loire with private dock not attached. you will have a private salt-heated pool renovated in April 2024 as well as a Norwegian bath only in winter. Inside 120 square meters with a large living room, pellet stove, 3 bedrooms, fiber internet. Exceptional natural setting in all seasons. 2 paddles available. 2 nights minimum and 1 week in summer.

"Les Acacias" studio

Bright, new (2023) independent studio, 40 m2, on the ground floor of our house, with direct access via an external staircase. Parking nearby. Close to the center of Le Monastier and its shops, and at the start of the Stevenson Trail. Private and communal bike garage adjoining free access for horses or donkeys. Located near Le Puy-en-Velay, departure from Saint Jacques de Compostelle, and the Les Estables resort (Nature activities, lugipark, skiing in winter).

Near the nautical base of Aurec sur Loire , 30 minutes from Saint-Étienne and 1 hour from Le Puy en velay . Peaceful place, St Jacques de Compostelle, Historic place to visit like the Chateau d 'Essalois, Exceptional hike. BBQ possibility,fan of board games you will have the opportunity to play (on request)

This unique place is close to all the sights and amenities, making it easy to plan your visit. Close to the departures of Santiago de Compostela and Stevenson. In the city (5 minutes from Le Puy city center by car, 2 minutes from the shopping center) while being in the countryside. Large heated pool (from mid or end of May when the weather permits and until September 25) (and shared) and spa, bocce ball and soccer field. Can't wait to meet!!!

Spacious, bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50 m² terrace with SPA (summer season) will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the Lignon River.
