You will be seduced by the panoramic view that opens onto the Roussillon plain and the Mediterranean Sea. The cottage is comfortable and offers a 160*200 bed, a shower room and a new kitchen. It is located on the ground floor of Ludovic's house. The private estate's communal swimming pool is 100 meters away, open from June to mid-September. This natural setting will be ideal for resting and discovering the Pyrénées-Orientales with its Côte Vermeille and in particular Collioure and its vineyards.

Located in a peaceful environment, it offers a private terrasse with direct access to our garden, one living-room with kitchen, and one bedroom with adjoining toilettes & bathroom Well-behaved and sociable dogs are accepted. F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature.
