This new comfortable villa, fully equipped and air-conditioned, in a privileged area of Roquebrune sur Argens can accommodate 4 people max. This peaceful place is ideal for recharging one's batteries and for lovers of the nature. Private access to the owner's swimming pool from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 to 6 p.m., located 50m away. Fenced garden. House located less than 2 km from the center of the medieval village and about ten km from the beaches. Non-smoking travellers. No pets.

Dans ce petit appart' sympa, vous trouverez tout ce qui est nécessaire à un repos bien mérité. Il est en rez-de-jardin de notre maison, dans un quartier calme, près du Rocher de Roquebrune. De belles ballades vous y attendent. Une piscine (12m sur 5m chauffée de Mai à Septembre à partager avec nous) pour vous relaxer, un salon de jardin pour vous détendre et du soleil 300 jours par an :p. Vous pouvez même venir télé-travailler chez nous grâce à notre connexion fibre.

Our villa is located just outside the village of "Les Adrets de l'Esterel" on top of a hill in a private domain. We have magnificent views of the sea and mountains from our terrace and it overlooks the bay of Cannes where you can see the "Îles de Lerins". You will stay in our recently renovated apartment located on the garden level of our villa with your own private access and terrace. Stairs lead directly to the pool above. The pool is shared with us.
