The cottage is 95 m2, with a large living/kitchen/dining area on the ground floor overlooking a private and suspended terrace; a bathroom with large shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 160 x 200 and another with two beds 90 x 200. A mezzanine with a sofa bed, a separate toilet. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Provided a spacious, very bright and warm apartment! Great for those looking for a peaceful place. It is located on the outskirts of the very dynamic small town of Tence. This home is fully equipped. You'll find two beds. A 160x200 bed and a new sofa bed (sheets and towels at extra cost). A 50m² terrace with SPA will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view overlooking the river Lignon. I'm here for any information.

Refurbished T2, on the road to St Bonnet le Froid, 2 km from the village of Tence, 20 min walk. Large living room with kitchenette, one bedroom and one shower room. The kitchen is equipped with a mobile induction cooktop, microwave and fridge. Parking space, small exterior overlooking courtyard. Our home is located just above the apartment. There is also another apartment for rent in the building. Bars and restaurants nearby.
