The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. There is also an independent bedroom (140X200 bed) , a bathroom with a shower and toilet. 10 minutes from the zoo, the Monnerie lakes, the swimming pool, the city center... 45 minutes from Angers, Le Mans (24h) and 1 hour from Laval and Tours.
