Maisonnette de charme dans parc, à 200m de la mer.

Ce logement indépendant, entièrement rénové début 2019, se situe dans le grand jardin arboré des propriétaires (couple charmant). Nous résidons dans le parc Santa Lucia, domaine résidentiel de St Raphael. Notre villa et cette petite maison sont dans un grand jardin, calme, à 2 pas de la mer (3 minutes à pied). Le cadre y est très agréable, reposant. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis. Tout est fait pour y passer un séjour 100% détente. Palmiers, tortues, chats, ombre, soleil, piscine ( à partager)...

Très bel appartement 5 personnes en rdc avec terrasse, situé dans la partie calme de la résidence CAP ESTEREL. A proximité de la mer, à 100m de la rue commerçante et de toutes les activités. La résidence est un village vacances (ouvert d'avril à oct) proposant toutes les activités de Club (animations, clubs enfants, Spa, Ecole de cirque, 5 Piscines, Tennis, Golf ...). Le parking fermé est inclus ainsi que l'accès aux activités. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur la mer et L' ESTEREL.
