A typical Minas Gerais chalet, recently built in a rustic style, with lightness and extreme comfort. If you want rest and well-being close to nature, but without giving up the comforts of the city, our chalet is ideal for that. We are still located in the rural area of the city, but only 5 km from the center (10 minutes), with a supermarket just 1.5 km away.

Não temos garagem no prédio, porém existe um estacionamento privado ao lado! Além disso, para acessar a acomodação, é necessário subir três lances de escada.

We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). Located just 10 minutes from the center.
