Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche is a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

A large inner courtyard, partly protected by a courtyard, is ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool and fenced park of more than 20,000m², composed of meadows and forests, are at the free (and unique) disposal of the occupants, large and small.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Between Lablachère and Les Vans, the farmhouse is a former silk factory, the new "Les Cyprès" cottage (rated 4*, 53 m2), located at the back of the building, enjoys a large private terrace. This preserved environment will offer you space, charm and serenity for a quiet holiday. The garden unfolds at the front of the farmhouse on two levels, the lower part houses a swimming pool (salt water) of 8 x 4 m (to be shared).
