Our apartment "Schwalbennest" is a charming two-room apartment with entrance area, living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower on about 40 square meters of living space. A spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the gallery with double bed and sofa bed. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a hillside, a few hundred meters next to the Hochrheinradweg and about a 12-minute walk from the train station and the picturesque old town of Laufenburg.

My place is good for nature-loving couples, hikers, cyclists, skiers, non-smokers, vegetarians, "healthy" and convalescent people, but not for smokers, animals, and the searing of meat is also not desired.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesen Valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to three guests a cozy stay. The border triangle allows a variety of cultural and sporting leisure activities. I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

Directly in the heart of the old town of Laufenburg you find the apartment Altstädtle next to the river Rhein. The sight from the balcony is fantastic, because the flat is on the third floor. There`s no elevator so that you have to be fit to climb the stairs. From the balcony you see directly over the Rhein into Switzerland - Laufenburg has a german and a swiss part!
