Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. The accommodation is located on an equestrian farm where we raise horses. It is located in a part of our house on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the hillsides of the Gers countryside. It is located close to the shops of Plaisance du Gers, 15 minutes from Marciac, with many activities and entertainment in the surrounding area (swimming lakes and guinguette 15 minutes away in Lupiac and Aignan).

Welcome to this old 1930s farmhouse located on the foothills of the Adour Valley and enjoying an extraordinary view of the Pyrenees. Relatively isolated but only 4 km from all the shops of Plaisance du Gers, Marciac (14 km) or Aire sur Adour (25 km), the manor house was completely restored in 2020 to provide all the modern comforts necessary for pleasant days of relaxation at the foot of the pool or on the sunny terrace.

Come to downtown Plaisance in the heart of Gascony, while being in a completely renovated and secure apartment. You can park 2 cars in the courtyard closed by an electric gate. You can enjoy the patio and barbecue for outdoor dining. I live in the main wing but independent of the apartment. The basic necessities for the 1st breakfast are included (pods/milk/cereals/tea/honey/fruit).
