Apartment ideal for families or for a couples getaway. It is a ground floor in a gated community with two pools, one of them located next to the apartment that is open all year round, the other in high season and just 2 minutes walk to the beach. In a nice residential with large green areas and very well kept. Five minutes from the water park, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It has air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Pets are accepted.

80m2 apartment with a large terrace with good orientation, free Wi-Fi, and TV. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two twin beds, all rooms with newly installed fans. The house also has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, iron, microwave, kitchenware, linens, and towels. The development, 500 meters from the beach, has two swimming pools and a beautiful common area. I don't have parking and I don't allow pets.
