A house that "flies" over the sea. Salinetas beach, Gran Canaria. Architecture and nature come together in this amazing house literally hanging over the sea, in a privileged location on the east coast of Gran Canaria. The building "flies" over the rocks visually plunging into the sea and giving you the feeling of sailing on a boat on the clear waters of the Atlantic. Sleeping rocked by the sound of the waves, or watch, without leaving the bed, the sun reflected in the sea at dawn; dine on the terrace by moonlight feeling the caress of the breeze ... are unforgettable experiences that this house guarantees. The house is very bright and faces the sea. The terrace of the living room has a dining table with room for six people, and the master bedroom terrace has a hammock for sunbathing, relax and enjoy the view or just reading a good book. And how far is the beach? Well, just beside the house! Just open the door and you can go down to the beach or to the rocky surfaces located under the house, with magnificent natural platforms for sunbathing and spectacular “charcones” studded with small marine life. Salinetas is a quiet beach where you can relax, rest, practice water sports, cycling, hiking, all in a very unique and familiar. To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. To the south you'll find small coves like “Silva” or “Aguadulce”, or the incredible fishing village of “Tufia”, with its cave houses and its archaeological site, remains of pre-hispanic inhabitants of the island. A little further south, the seaside village of “Ojos de Garza”, the vast bay of “Gando”, and the beaches of “El Cabrón” and “Arinaga”, whose seabed is considered the best in Spain for diving. "Las Clavellinas", the town where the house is integrated has little shops and supermarkets. By car or taking the bus, at a short distance from the house, you can be reached within 5 minutes to the largest shopping and leisure areas of the island, the golf course of “El Cortijo” and the airport itself. The access time to Telde´s historic core is about 10 minutes, 15 to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, and about 30 to Maspalomas. BRISA DEL MAR APARTMENT, ONE STEP FROM THE SEA.

Apartamento reformado y con mobiliario nuevo a menos de 30 metros del mar. Cerca de varios locales de restauración con terraza, tiendas, etc. Se encuentra a 10 minutos del aeropuerto de Gran Canaria, en la playa del Burrero. En este barrio costero del sureste de la isla se disfruta de bellos amaneceres, de la hospitalidad de su gente, de la tranquilidad de la zona, de aguas limpias y ricas en yodo, de un lugar único para la práctica de deportes náuticos, paseos por la costa, comida local, etc.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a privileged space within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. A spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can be rented whole (6 people) or partial (4 people). The decoration and the rooms are very well kept. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Ground-floor apartment in a semi-detached house with separate entrance, consisting of: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 135x185cm bed, very small bathroom with shower (see photos!). Hairdryer, shampoo, body wash, washing machine, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, TV, Wi-Fi. Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car.

WATCHING THE SUNRISE, hearing the SOUND OF THE WAVES and SMELLING THE MARSH are some of the privileges of this accommodation. It is located in a unique place on the coast, a few meters from the water, in an area of golden sand, black (volcanic) sand, and stones.

Casa Amma, a Villa de Agüimes.

A newly restored 17th century Canarian house in the historic center of the Villa de Agüimes. A very quiet, charming and traditional area. Surrounded by all the services, craft workshops and areas to enjoy this wonderful town. 100 m/2: Double bedroom Living-dining room with sofa bed Cooking Bathroom A semi-covered patio with hammocks, shower, and relaxation area. All on one floor, no stairs. The car goes up to the door of the house. Close to the beach, airport, and mall.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

Terrace RENOVATED in May 2024. Elegant and new Studio Design with a huge terrace to enjoy the weather of Gran Canaria. Central, with all services around: supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops. Bus and taxi stop just in front of it. 10 min by car from the airport and 15 min from best beaches. Located in the center of Vecindario, in front of small park place, just beside of Tourism information office. For long stays you can have a cleaning service for a small charge.

Romantic cave with terrace and sea views

Relax in this unique and tranquil place and enjoy romantic togetherness at sunset and a glass of wine. The spectacular view of the valley (Barranco de Anzoe) of the sea up to Mount Teide on Tenerife is hard to beat. The approximately 45 m² cave with annex is more than 100 years old and was brought back to life in the summer of 2022 and lovingly renovated as a vacation home. The comfortable amenities leave almost nothing to be desired (note: Wi-Fi available, NO TV!! ;-)

And just 5 minutes away from the cave restaurants in the Barranco de Guayadeque.
