Unparalleled sea views from the 8th floor of a beautiful historic building, almost exactly in the middle of the famous Canteras beach. The sand is only 5 metres away. The flat is 29m2 with 2 balconies, adding 9 m2, and is best for 2 people, but more can fit. All you hear is the hypnotic rhythm of the sea's waves and on a good day you have views all the way to Tenerife. The exterior of the building has been fully renovated and the interior to match. You are at the centre of everything.

Nice apartment, very well equiped, full of light, of about 50 square meters and consisting of 1 bedroom, bathroom and living room open to the kitchen. It is located in a pedestrian street (fourth floor with lift) only a few meters from the beach and in the best area of the capital of Gran Canaria to enjoy the city. You can use everything in the house- usually we'll leave some water, olive oil, spices, salt, coffee, and all the basics. We offer you lots of towells and beautiful linen.

Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.
