25m² studio located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, 5-minute walk from the centre of Sitges, and 45 minutes by train from the city of Barcelona. It features a semi-covered 30m² terrace, decorated in a bohemian and chic style, with an outdoor shower and stunning sea views. The studio includes a microwave, small fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, portable cooktop, and toaster (there is no washing machine). Access is via an elevator to the second floor, followed by stairs.

The TV only works as a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Like most cities, parking can be difficult, but there is an option to rent an underground parking space in a nearby building in advance. FOURTH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR.
