Ar penty, est un havre de paix au cœur de la jolie ville de Perros guirec, tous les commerces et restaurants sont entre 5 à 10min à pied et les deux plages ainsi que le port sont à 15/20 min à pied. vous avez un point de vue panoramique sur la mer au bout de la rue ainsi que le chemin côtier. Il y fait bon vivre, elle est confortable et cosy avec deux chambres (2 lits doubles) 2 wc, 1 sdb, une belle cuisine et une chaleureuse pièce à vivre donnant sur un joli extérieur paysager et calme.

Op loopafstand van vele sculpturen in 'La Vallée des Saints' (ook wel Bretons Paaseiland genoemd ) en op 15 min. rijden van diverse winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in twee plaatsen. Attenant à notre maison située en lotissement, il est néanmoins totalement indépendant de part la configuration des lieux. Les draps et couettes sont fournis, ainsi que les serviettes de toilette. Il se situe à 4,5 km de la plage de Beg-Leguer, 3,5 km de la ville et à une dizaine de km de la Côte de Granit Rose.
