Beautiful, bespoke accommodation is accompanied by a private outside area perfect for an evening barbecue following a relaxing and soothing spa. Sitting on the central south coast, it’s the perfect space for a couple wishing to explore Cornwall. No detail was overlooked in creating the ideal holiday environment, accessed by a dozen steps located behind private gates next to the main house.

The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Birdsong Lodge is a traditional open plan log cabin situated in Mid Cornwall, occupying a private location, surrounded by trees and shrub borders which create a secluded ‘away from it all’ atmosphere. The Den in the Heart of Cornwall

The Den is nestled away in a private setting in the heart of Cornwall. Warm, bright and fully equipped on the inside and with outside seating areas for alfresco dining on those pleasant evening’s. The Den has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Located just a ten minute drive away from The Eden Project and Charlestown with a selection of restaurants and pubs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.

The Studio is a beautifully furnished, light and airy space in the grounds of our home. With far reaching stunning views of the countryside. It is approximately 2 miles from St Austell and convenient for beaches, Eden project, Heligan Gardens, Charlestown and lovely country walks. Due to Covid 19 I have put in an extra precautionary cleaning regime for your safety including the use of UV Disinfectant lamp which will be used between each guests visit.
