The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hotplates. The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. Welcome to our cozy Farfarsstuga, located on the beautiful Hållgården in scenic Hemmingsmark, about two miles from Piteå C. Here you can relax in a classic environment on our northern farm, say hello to our two horses and visit nearby lakes and forests, and read. The Northern Lights season is here! Now there are good opportunities to see the Northern Lights at Hållgården. On the property, there is a barbecue area and areas for children to play. Pets are welcome and on the farm there are three dogs. Welcome!

Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Walking distance to Piteå beach, one of Sweden's largest tourist facilities with adventure pools, children's activities, afterbeach, bars, restaurants as well as entertainment and events.

The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.
