This vintage holiday home is in Schwarzenberg, Bregenzerwald. It comes with 4 spacious bedrooms. The property accomodates up to 16 persons with the famous ski area Bregenzerwald nearby. You can go skiing, hiking in the hills, or enjoy the mountain view from the terrace or the garden. There are multiple ski lifts nearby, the nearest is in just 50 m.The restaurants are at a convenient distance of just 2 km while the general supplies can be found in the next 3 km. The public pool is in 9 km. With such a convenient location and facilities, the home is ideal for big groups of friends. Enjoy skiing, relax in the garden, or go for a dip in the pool. The cozy home by the ski area is definitely a unique option for a group friends vacation. Both town center and bank are in just 2 km. Extra information: -Due to the strict environmental laws, a service fee of 20 euros will be charged, for which you will receive 2 garbage bags from the municipality for the residual waste. If you need more, you can buy them on site from the owner. - The mattresses are made, but in general overnight stays are only possible with your own sleeping bag (no sleeping bag is provided). Das Frühstück ist nicht inklusive, aber gerne biete ich ein mit dir abgesprochenes Zmorge an. Der ideale Urlaub für Zeitreisende. Mein Haus wurde 1910 als eines der ersten Ferienhäuser am Bodensee gebaut. Die Athmosphäre im Haus ist entspannt, langsam und fröhlich und man findet hier die Zeit für all Dinge die einem wichtig sind. Beim Blick aus dem Fenstern sieht man über den Park zum See und kann dabei noch die frechen Eichhörnchen beobachten. Auf 240 m² kann jeder seinen Lieblingsplatz finden. Wer noch mehr Natur sucht, spaziert durchs Eriskircher Ried.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Café mit Außenterrasse und Barockgarten (am Wochenende) sowie das im Haus befindliche Museum laden zum Verweilen ein.
