We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Welcome to "Little Eden," our lovingly furnished feel-good apartment in beautiful Zwiesel, in the middle of the Bavarian Forest. Small, super cozy, bright, stylish and furnished with a lot of love for detail. A real highlight is the Bavarian Forest "aktivCARD," which you can only get at selected accommodations – like ours. This allows you to take advantage of an incredible number of leisure activities COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE: for example, ski lifts, swimming pools, toboggan runs, amusement parks, e-bikes and much more.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

A stay full of peace, relaxation or action in the middle of nature in the Bavarian Forest awaits you here! The apartment is located at the foot of the Großer Arber, in middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. The large apartment is on the ground floor (1-5 people). The living room with couch and satellite TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment has 2 rooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm, 1 room with single bed 140 x 200 cm. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and mirror complete the overall picture.

Chalet Arberschlössl 70 sqm with sauna - (Teisnach)

The kitchen in the chalet is fully equipped. The living room has an extendable living area with a TV and sound box. The bedrooms are equipped with round wooden beds (2 m x 2 m) and Mako satin bed linen. The chalet offers an indoor sauna with sauna towels, bathrobes and sauna aromas for the infusion. The approx. 50 m² terrace offers a heated hot tub and seating lounge with a barbecue. On a property of about 2000 m², every guest enjoys maximum privacy.

Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
