The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the Bavarian Forest in the beautiful town of Regen, right on the Schwarzer Regen river. A shopping mall, as well as restaurants and shops serving daily needs, are within walking distance. Some hiking trails start right behind the house. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package (oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

The apartment has 2 rooms with double beds 180 x 200 cm, 1 room with single bed 140 x 200 cm. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and mirror complete the overall picture.

Our apartment is comfortably furnished (90 m²) and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bunk bed, kitchen with living room, bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a large garden area. We offer a bread service. Excursions in the area include the Arber, the Geißkopf, the Silberberg in Bodenmais or St. Englmar, which you can reach by car in a short time. We are affiliated with the Sonnenwald vacation region. The Bavarian Forest National Park is very close.
