Rurally located in the 5 Lakes region, close to the district town of Fürstenfeldbruck. There are also animals grazing in the neighborhood here. Bavarian restaurants are within walking distance. Train connection 4 km away in the neighboring town and in about 15 minutes in Munich. The apartment is in a quiet location and has a small outdoor area. It has a combined kitchen/living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be put together). Bathroom with shower. Dishwasher and microwave available Towels and bed linens as well

Separate entrance from the outside. 7 min. walk to the S-Bahn. 25 min to Munich Central Station. 3 min. walk to the shopping center (supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser...). 5 min. walk to the city center of Fürstenfeldbruck. We also speak English and French. Non-smoking. No pets. Due to the current situation, surfaces and doorknobs are regularly disinfected.

Beautiful excursions such as Lake Ammersee or Wörthsee with many leisure activities can be found about 20 minutes away by car. To Lake Starnberg about 35 min.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The modern holiday apartment 'Josef' is located in Gilching and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 105 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and induction cooker, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 10 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Children's books and toys, a baby cot and a high chair are also available on request.
