Vybavená kuchyně, rozkládací pohovka, krbová kamna, otevřená ložnice v patře, terasa s výhledem do kraje. Domek je vhodný pro 3 dospělé nebo 2 dospělé a 2 děti. Domky jsme stavěli s láskou, důrazem na minimalistický moderní design, s harmonií k přírodě. Usazené nad krásným šumavským údolím. Přijeďte si užít pohodu a klid s nádherným výhledem do okolních kopců, za poplatek je finská sauna.

Ein Häuschen, in dem wir selber gerne Urlaub machen: Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch, gemütlicher Eckbank und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Massive Holzbetten vom Schreiner mit erstklassigen Matratzen. Zwei großzügige Badezimmer mit Regenduschen und Sauna für die grauen Tage. Und im Sommer einen großen Garten mit Bergblick, Liegestühlen und Grill ganz für euch allein.

Ubytování v nově rekonstruovaném apartmánu, v Bavorské Rudě. Krásné prostředí nedaleko lyžařského střediska Velký Javor (Großer Arber), asi 10 minut jízdy autem. V okolí je také možné se věnovat pěší a cyklo turistice, nebo běžkovému lyžování. Byt je ideální pro pár či rodiny s dětmi. Spaní je zajištěno na rozkládací 160cm posteli, horní palandě 80cm, a případně rozkládací přistýlce pro čtvrtou osobu. V blízkosti potraviny, či několik restaurací a kaváren. Parkování před domem zdarma.

Du kannst direkt von der Unterkunft aus zu schönen Wanderungen aufbrechen. Besonders zu empfehlen sind der Hirschenstein (mit Aussichtsturm, auf 1052 m) sowie der idyllische Mühlgrabenweg. Hier gelangst du entlang eines Bachlaufs zu den Gipfeln. Auch für Mountainbiker gibt es hier wunderschöne Trails.

Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Die erst 2023 fertig gestellte Wohnung ist freundlich und hell eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Sie bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine offene Wohnküche (mit Schlafcouch), ein Bad und ein separates WC. Sie brauchen mehr Platz, kein Problem eine weitere Wohnung Wohnung mit 6 Betten befindet sich im selben Haus.

Spacious new apartment in the middle of a quiet mountain area. Small ski area directly in the area, larger ski areas (Špičák, Großer Arber) nearby. The train to Špičák and Železná Ruda is only a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with a double bed (180 cm) in the sleeping area and a second double bed on a sofa bed (140 cm) in the main living area. In the hallway there is a space large enough for all sports equipment.
