Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, two TV lounges and a large bathroom. It's a great house for family stays of all generations. Linens and towels are provided. Pets are allowed. Small independent house located in Gourbera, 11 km from the Sourcéo Saint-Paul-les-Dax thermal baths,it is a haven of peace, quiet, surrounded by Landes nature, beach 30 minutes away. The maisonette, with a modern and new surface of 28 m2 is located in a private property. Dog accepts , with an extra charge. Free wifi, 1 parking space. Essentials (toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) are no longer present because they are never refilled by the Tenants

My little house is available for occasional rental :) With its two bedrooms and garden, it can accommodate different groups: families, friends, tourists, workers... Located in a small quiet subdivision in the heart of Pontonx, you will find all amenities nearby and accessible on foot or by bike! Renovated (almost) entirely in 2020: the bathroom and toilet are the only two rooms not renovated but which obviously remain functional and clean!
