A terrace with a view, an unfenced land, a free space without neighbors, in the heart of nature. 15 minutes' walk from the center of the village, via a hiking trail. Very quiet place, ideal for unwinding.

This family home is close to all the remarkable sights of the Lot and all amenities. Peaceful and spacious, it can accommodate up to 8 people for a relaxing stay, for families or groups of friends. Refurbished interior. 3 bedrooms, separate toilet and bathroom, large main room, sofa bed and closed garage. All on a fenced plot of 2000m². Come and relax by the private heated pool or sip a drink on the covered wooden terrace. You can also rest in one of the two master suites, or prepare the meal in the modern kitchen while having the feeling of being in nature thanks to its 4.30 m bay window that opens completely!
