My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Thanks to its proximity to the water, it is a unique, energetic place of power that immediately has a relaxing effect. Ideal for couples in love, mountain and nature lovers. This two-storey gallery penthouse on 133m2, located in the Walensee resort, is characterized by its unique view of the mountains and directly over the lake. From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.
