ROOFTOP APARTMENT 1 und 2 sind stilvoll und komplett ausgestattete, großzügige Ferienwohnungen mit 45 bzw. 50m2 mit einzigartigen Seeblick. Beide haben jeweils ein separates Schlafzimmer. Die zwei Apartments können zu einer großen Wohnung zusammengelegt werden.

House is settled in a big green garden above Sava Bohinjka river. You can eat outside and enjoy in great view. You can use barbecue, pick fresh vegetable, rent a bike, from Jun to Sept fresh in small pool(3x3,5m). The whole area is perfect for hiking, cycling, climbing and flyfishing-my husband is a guide and provide everything you need.

Die abgeschlossene Wohneinheit befindet sich im Gartentrakt eines mediterran gestalteten Privathauses nur zehn Minuten von Klagenfurt und dem Wörthersee entfernt. Die oberen Stockwerke bewohne ich mit meiner Familie. Der zwanzig Meter lange Pool und der traumhafte Garten, der sich direkt vor ihrem Schlafzimmer befindet, kann jederzeit benutzt werden. Ich spreche auch Englisch und Italienisch und stehe Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, damit Ihr Urlaub ein richtiger Traumurlaub wird.

It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

The big advantage of this location is, that the beautiful Turrachersee with different bars and restaurants around is reachable within a few walking minutes. Die große Zirbenstube sowie das mit Erdwärme beheizte Pool, eine kleine Sauna, die Designer-Küche und ein Billardtisch sind die Highlights dieses Hauses.
