Registered property 013030-CNI-00006 House consisting of a large living room embellished with a large fresco representing a glimpse of the lake and furnished with elegant furniture, a loft equipped with a sofa and armchair that can be used as floor beds for children looking for an alternative experience. Fully furnished kitchen equipped with dishwasher, traditional oven/microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and supplied with delicacies and basic necessities. Bedroom with two single beds also enriched with a wall fresco for a restful sleep. Large and elegant double bedroom with beautiful views of the lake in several directions. Two picturesque bathrooms complete with shower and including body care and hygiene products. Access to the house is independent, guests will have access to every area of the apartment floor and its garden. We are always available from the moment of arrival until departure, also to recommend the most exclusive tours and lake activities Brienno is an ancient and unspoiled Celtic village. Come and experience its portals, arcades and stone pavements embraced by the lake and green mountains. The silence here can be surreal, and will accompany you on a journey back in time. Bus lines C10/20 that depart every hour or so both to the upper lake and to Como. Boat trip on Sunday morning with return in the evening after sailing across the lake. From the village, you can climb to the mountains of Brienno with the characteristic farms (which can also be visited on request) or, for good hikers, you can go further to reach Alpe Comana and Schignano, also passing through the "Scala Santa" on a very steep mule track. Every morning in front of the Church (from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. from Monday to Thursday) you can buy basic food items from Davide, a merchant who with his mobile store offers typical products of Lake Como and Lombard culture such as cold cuts, bread and cheese. You can also buy fruit and vegetables on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and Fridays from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Just 10 minutes by car you can find well-stocked supermarkets. 2 km away towards Argegno you can eat in a renowned Lake Como restaurant called "Il crotto dei Platani" with veranda and garden on the lake. Starting in August, the Bar/Restaurant/Pizzeria will also open right in the center of Brienno, within walking distance of the apartment.

Perfect for a magical holiday. A lawn with a citrus garden for sunbathing. Terrace with panoramic view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Convenient with children. The embankment is a 7-minute walk. In the morning, the entire terrace is flooded with sunlight. At night, magic silence and lunar path. No cars and their sound. Free parking in front of the house. For bookings of 5 to 8 people, there is an additional equipped floor with an original Finnish sauna and a cinema. By agreement, it can be used with fewer guests.

Il nostro appartamento si trova a pochi passi dal lago, nel centro di Baveno, a soli 500 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e a 50 km dall'aeroporto di Malpensa. Arredato con eleganza, luminoso e molto accogliente. La cucina e' fornita di tutto ciò' che può servire per sentirsi a casa, la sala e' composta da divano, tavolo da pranzo, TV; Il parquet dona insieme alle due porte finestre un tocco di luminosità e relax. Adatto per lune di miele, per vacanze rilassanti, anche per periodi lunghi.

Into this room for 2 people, with bathroom-shower and kitchenette, is accessed from a green private patio and garden. Protected by a large outdoor tent, the room has a TV and air conditioning. For an additional fee, breakfast can be requested with 2 days' notice (payment at check-out). Three beaches on the lake are next to our property, as well as "Sporting Lesa", with an Olympic pool, gym, tennis, paddle tennis, bar, and restaurant.
