Gadestatt is a traditional Maiensäss. A Maiensäss is a cultural peculiarity of Swiss history. These simple but beautiful wooden buildings used to be inhabited on the Alps during the summer. From here the cows were guarded and cheese was made from fresh milk. Gadestatt offers you an authentic overnight accommodation with lots of charm and attention to detail. Our 2 rooms are very romantic, quiet and newly built in 2016 in our beautiful farmhouse with quality materials and attention to detail. Both rooms are equipped with high quality box spring beds 220 x 200cm. Self-service breakfast is basic and included in the price (coffee, tea, juice, toast, cheese, yogurt, cereals, etc.). It can be prepared 24 H in the unheated vestibule and taken in the room. Parking is available, the bus station is 1 km away.
