This quiet, charming neighborhood is a treasure. Lake Champlain , on the 14 mile bike path. Bikes available. microwave, small fridge, toaster oven, Keurig coffeemaker provided, Wifi, HD Smart TV, Netflix , Amazon Prime, DVD, Roku, HuluTV, CD player, screened in front porch. Locking gate at the top of the stairs.There is not a kitchen. Not recommended for guests who what to cook. Two bedrooms one full bath and one half bath. LGBTQ always welcome. Well behaved doggie parents and dogs allowed.

Welcome to one of VT’s most beautiful lakefront property and wedding venue located in the Champlain Islands! Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. Private structure, separate from the main house, about 800’ from little travelled paved road. Beautiful rural location on a 13 acre lot looking out on the NY Adirondack mountains with some lake views and often spectacular sunsets. About 5 minutes to NY Crown point state park and the Champlain Bridge Restaurant, 20 minutes to Middlebury college or Vergennes. 55 minutes to the Burlington Airport. Plenty of restaurants in a 20 minute radius. Closest ski area is Middlebury snow bowl ( +- 40 min)
