Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

My place is close to the Grüner See Nature Reserve, mountains, forest, meadow, swimming lake. Stream at the property line. You'll love my place because of the comfortable bed, light, kitchen, coziness, beautiful terrace, and private garden for guests. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, families with 2 children (in the kitchen there is a pull-out sofa bed).

Our Geiereckalm is located in the beautiful Gössgraben near Trofaiach at about 1100 m above sea level / on the sunny side. The hillside location offers excellent views of the Reiting and the Eisenerz Alps. An ideal place to relax away from any civilization! We need to add that our cottage is only for vacations and not for use as workers' accommodation. suitable.
