Spacious apartment with dining room, living room, and kitchen. There is a large table that can be used as a desk, a large kitchen, and a corner sofa with TV. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the green space of the garden. Above it, there is a mezzanine with exposed beams: a relaxing space with a very comfortable two-person sofa bed. A corridor leads to the bedroom, which has a queen-size bed and a balcony overlooking the lake, as well as a nice little table. Next to the bedroom, there is the bathroom with shower.

From the garden on two levels you can reach the lake where you can swim. You have private parking and a 'bike laboratory' for enthusiasts. From June to August, minimum stay of 5 days. From October to April, an additional €10 per day is required.

It is located in a very quiet area surrounded by greenery and with a 180º view of the enchanting Lake Orta. I am Matteo and I manage this tourist rental.
