It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our House is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Nice apartment with terrace and garden view

Typical Mediterranean apartment, completely renovated. A small comfortable and functional space, surrounded by green countryside, between orchards and vineyards. Having breakfast or in the afternoon at the sunset on your terrace,just the birdsong will accompany you. At same time it's just a few steps from supermarkets, pharmacy, typical shops and bus stops. The center of Forio and the nearest beach it's just about 1000m far and in a range of 3km some of the most famous beaches of the island.

Quiet and peaceful House with garden. Really close to the center, the sea and the bus-stop . It’s ideal both for couples and families. If you need to be absorbed in the green, if you need silent, if you need rest from city noises, we are the right choise. We also have a gazebo in the garden where you can enjoy your meals . The center of Lacco Ameno is just 10-min walk away. Bus stop is only 100m from us and you can get every places in the island by bus. There is also a Carrefour 50m from us.

Il complesso Ville dei Lecci è un gioiello incastonato nella baia di San Francesco. La villa è interamente ristrutturata ed arredata nei minimi particolari. Dotata di terrazze panoramiche con vista sul mare e di piscina con effetto infinito, lascia sempre ed infallibilmente gli ospiti senza fiato! Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

Ristrutturato a nuovo nel 2021 con ceramiche tipiche ischitane, può ospitare fino a 3 adulti ed è composto da - una stanza da letto con un letto matrimoniale, - un soggiorno con divano-letto e cucina con piano a induzione, - un bagno, - un delizioso terrazzino vista mare dotato di tavolino e sedie per godere della vista a qualsiasi ora. My House is in centre, but in a quiet street, in few minutes you are in shopping centre, on the beach, on the port and on bus stop. The house leaves aghast because is much more beautiful live than in pictures! This is a great satisfaction for me. Crossed the road,you can get a ferry-boat or hydrofoil to visit the isles of Capri and Procida that are not very far from Ischia or,if you want,you can organize a visit to Pompei (the famous archeologic place). 3 bedrooms with air conditioning

Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;
