Cette grange spacieuse, rénovée avec goût vous enchantera de par son emplacement en pleine nature, dans un cadre préservé. La terrasse de 28m² offre un panorama unique sur la forêt, on y est bercé par le son du ruisseau en contre bas. Ici pas de TV mais des livres. Chaque détails a été minutieusement pensé, tout a été chiné. Ce logement de 112 m², tout équipé, avec 2 chambres doubles, une grande pièce à vivre avec insert, un beau jardin, est un lieu ou le temps est suspendu. Aucun vis à vis.

Pour un séjour en amoureux, voici une petite maison tout récemment rénovée avec goût...Vous vivrez au cœur d'un hameau vivant, dans un habitat typique des ouvriers agricoles d'antan. Murs épais de pierre, toiture en lauzes, cantou ( cheminée) traditionnel...tout y est...avec tout le confort d'aujourd'hui évidemment 😁 Le petit jardinet en façade vous permettra de déjeuner en plein air et de faire de bonnes planchas. Avec des bons produits locaux que nous vous indiquerons bien sûr !

Partez randonner vers les plus beaux sentiers du massif ou dévalez les pentes de la station de ski du Lioran toute proche. Le village des Chazes est perché à 1200M d'altitude, face au Plomb du Cantal et juste sous le Puy Griou.
