Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

In summer, dive into the lake from the private dock, and in winter, enjoy the snowshoeing trails, ski resorts and snowmobile trails nearby (Orford, Bromont and Owl's Head). The house can accommodate up to 8 guests at an additional cost.

New Scandinavian cottage: Privacy and nature!

Treat yourself to tranquility and relaxation! Scandinavian cottage 2022, with large windows to make you feel in nature. Large, private, wooded 1.5-acre lot. Come and enjoy the hot tub, 3-season veranda, rooftop terrace or a good fire in the wood stove or outdoor fireplace. Water access within walking distance, on a dock in Fitch Bay (overlooking Lac Memphrémagog). Note that this is not a beach, and it is not possible to swim near the dock.
