Appartement neuf climatisé lumineux avec terrasse vue sur mer. Immeuble calme de deux étages avec grande terrasse privée au dessus. Plage de la tejita à 2 min avec possibilité de louer des sièges. Plage naturiste à proximité. Nombreux chemins de randonnées. Supermarché en face. Les villages de el Médano ( surfeurs) et Los Abrigos ( pêcheurs) sont situés à 1 km. Piscine et padel en accès libre. Le golf del Sur est à 1 km. Proche de l’aéroport et arrêt bus public en face.

Ich bin eine uralte Finca Rustica im neuen Kleid und wohne auf 550 Metern über dem Meer in Icod de los Vinos im grünen Norden der Insel. Hinter mir sehe ich den majestätischen Vulkan Teide, vor mir liegt der weite Atlantik. Hier zu leben muss man erfahren. Durch den weiten Blick aufs Meer und Icod stellt sich sofort ein erhabenes Gefühl und innere Ruhe ein. Der Norden ist wetterfreudig und spannend und von hier aus wunderbar zu beobachten.

Fantastic seafront apartment with sea views & pool

Fantastic studio facing the sea, very first line of the wonderful Playa de La Tejita. Outdoor terrace overlooking the Red Mountain. Community pool and beautiful gardens. Garage space included, which is very important in the area! The double bed is 160 cm wide and in the living room there is a sofa that can be converted into a bed. The kitchen is brand new and has a dishwasher, oven, and everything you need during your stay.

Fantastic apartment in private residential in the area of La Tejita located on the seafront. The accommodation has 2 terraces, 1 bedroom and a spacious living-dining room. The complex has a community pool and is located just 2 minutes walk from the beach of the Tejita. The accommodation is provided with a room with a double bed and a 120cm sofa-bed in the living room.

Blue sky

Quiet and bright apartment in El Médano. 5 minutes from the beach and the commercial area. Very preserved. We consume electricity produced with renewable energy and we use cleaning products that are respectful of the sea. In August 2021 we have installed a fan in the main room that will make your rest cooler on hot days.
