A duplex apartment completely renovated and equipped in 2021, located in La Savina in a residential area, 5 minutes from the port. It consists of 2 floors. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, a living room, and a balcony. In the attic, a loft equipped with a desk, sofa bed, and mini-bar with a refrigerator. Large outdoor terrace with chill-out, panoramic views of the lake, the sea and Ibiza. Has private parking.

Confortable and elegant apartament two steps from the beach. Modern building in the centre of es Pujols with elevator and free underground parking. The apartment is full equipped. Includes air conditioner, double bedroom and 2 bathrooms: a smaller and bigger one. Also have a full equipped kitchen and 2 big dinner area inside the apartment and in the terrace with views. The apartment is located in the center of es puyols with private beach entrance in the building.
