Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. Hola, We’re Tricia and Rick. In 2013 we RV’d our way down Baja and fell in love with Los Barriles. Our property is enclosed and private with surrounding gardens. We seasonally grow bananas, pineapples, papayas, limes and mangos. When ripe, we love to share. El Nido is located in town - walkable to town and the glorious beach. We value our clients and would be honoured to have you as a guest. For your safety, there is an exterior security camera at the front entrance/parking space.

Great views ! 360* from the waves crashing on the beach to the beautiful mountains, very large living space, 10 min walk to the beach, and pool. Second floor : 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen ,living area, sundeck . First floor :1 bedroom, outdoor half bath w/ outdoor shower. Basically all living is on 2nd floor . FYI we live on site with two rescued dogs and two cats but you won't even know we are there :)
